FAQ
Your Questions, Answered
How do I get started?
Book a free consultation — it’s a quick 15-minute call where we learn about your goals, schedule, and preferences. From there, we’ll recommend a trainer and training format that fits your life. Your first session includes a complimentary movement screening to assess your mobility, strength, and any areas that need attention. No commitment required to get started.
Do I need to be in shape to start?
Not at all. We work with every fitness level — from complete beginners who’ve never trained before to competitive athletes. Your program is built around where you are right now, not where you think you should be.
What happens during a free consultation?
It’s a relaxed 15-minute phone call. We’ll ask about your goals, any injuries or health considerations, your schedule, and which training format interests you. By the end, you’ll have a clear recommendation and can decide if it’s the right fit. If you’d like to move forward, your first session includes a complimentary movement screening — a full assessment so your trainer can build a program around you.
